Northampton Brewery Corporation, Northampton, Pennsylvania - "Famous Old Brew Of The Pennsylvania Dutch", American Art Works of Coshocton OH, 13 inch tray, It appears as if the factory lacquer has turned yellow. This doesn't look like the work of a collector. The black specks are paper or something that has adhered to the tray. It does come off with a little effort. I may work on it. There are a few chips mostly on the rim., Grade 8.5
