Jacob Ruppert-Virginia Inc. dba Jacob Ruppert, Norfolk, Virginia - "For Service Call"- Measures 4 x 13¼ inches tall. Has a coating of impregnated dust on it which I will leave for the next owner to remove. It will take a gentle touch as the red and black paint seems to be very fragile.
