Nicholas Klinger, Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin - Post Card, Unused latter day historical Post Card from 1974. Shows a view of the Nicholas Klinger Brewery in Whitewater. When Nicholas Klinger built his brewery in 1866 it had a capacity of 800 barrels a year. After his death in 1906 the property was sold to Milwaukee interests who produced "Old Cream Top" until fire ended production. Re-opened by George Hewlett in 1933 it reached a capacity of 37 000 barrels per year and employed 21.
