This certificate is for the sale of 100 shares of stock at $100 each to H. R. Moore & Co. and signed by company president and co-founder James Ben Ali Haggin and short-lived secretary Irwin C. Unless otherwise requested, shipping will be fulfilled via USPS or UPS. Insurance on winnings of over $50 is required, as is a handling fee, to cover to cost of labor and materials. Generally, this is 50¢ per can, $1 per tray and bottle, $10 per wooden crate. Medium-sized signs will require a $5-10 handling fee. The handling fee for large items could be quite a bit more. Shipping charges will be combined for multiple lots, of course.
