Hoff-Brau Brewing Co., Fort Wayne, Indiana - There are at least two different versions of this bottle. This one has the contest neck label that says "Guess How Many 12oz Bottles I Hold".As you can see, much of the decal label has worn off, however, the contents look as fresh as ever, Display bottle measures 21 inches tall. Grade 6.5
